Collective Space Mission

Collective Space Mission Statement:

“Collective Space seeks to find, negotiate and broker real estate deals for charities, not-for-profit corporations and various people that serve the greater Good. We believe that all worthwhile organizations deserve peace, stability and a safe base with which to carry out their all-important missions.”

[I just brainstormed this potential business idea after experiencing the maelstrom of communications after placing feelers out to see if my brother’s N.E. DC warehouse could be rented to the charitable good versus for-profit corporation. So far: a youth development program, a Buddhist organization (needing room for a bookstore/meditation hall and living quarters) and other organizations have expressed interest. In the youth development group’s case, the landlord is giving them two weeks to completely vacate the property. It made me realize that the current real estate environment is pushing out many worthwhile organizations. DC is losing its good and worthwhile organizations who are unable to aggressively negotiate in this accelerated profit-taking environment.] Comments?
